Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

【For Apparel Products】

Eligible Cases

We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during shipping (damage to protective packaging is not included)
  • An incorrect item was delivered due to our mistake

Returning Items

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us via email before sending anything back.
We will confirm the details and provide return instructions, including the appropriate shipping address.
Please note that returns without prior notice or returns for customer convenience will not be accepted.

 

Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that have been used
  • Items damaged or soiled due to customer handling
  • Items that have been altered, repaired, or cleaned
  • Slight color or image differences between the product page and actual item
  • Size issues or any other reasons due to customer preference
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories, or with damage to these parts

Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the package within the courier's retention period, we will handle it as follows:

  • For Reshipment: We will arrange for reshipment only after the customer pays the actual reshipping fees (including international shipping costs and processing fees for overseas orders).
  • For Cancellations/Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for failed deliveries or unclaimed packages caused by customer-side issues.

*Please monitor your tracking information and contact the local courier directly for any issues after the shipment has been completed.

 

【For Antique Products】

All antique items are one-of-a-kind.
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons related to customer preference.


Eligible Case

We may respond on a case-by-case basis only if the product is damaged during shipping, and only if you contact us within 5 days of delivery.
※Please note that even if you contact us, we may not always be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.

  • Item was damaged during shipping


If damage occurs, please email us with clear photos showing the damaged areas, along with your order number from your confirmation email.

Returning Items

If damage is confirmed, we will provide further instructions regarding compensation or other support.
In most cases, return shipping will not be required.

  • Slight color or image differences between the product page and actual item
