These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the website and online store (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Ideal Investments Japan Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

5.1 Items are shipped by us or a designated carrier.
5.2 Shipping fees vary by product; please check the relevant product page.
    For international deliveries, any customs duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Payment

When paying by credit card, the transaction is governed by your card issuer’s terms. For questions, please contact your card provider directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or related to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
